Prosecutors are demanding his prescription drug records from a pharmacy a week after Tiger Woods crashed his vehicle in Florida and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Prosecutors in Florida said Tuesday they planned to issue a subpoena seeking copies of all prescription drug records for the famous golfer from the beginning of the year to the end of last month at Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach, Florida.

According to documents in an online court docket, prosecutors in Martin County, Florida want the time the prescriptions were filled, the number of pills, the dosage amount and any instructions accompanying the pills, such as warnings about driving while taking them.
Any objection to the subpoena must be filed with the State Attorney’s Office within 10 days. Neither Lewis Pharmacy nor Woods’ attorney, Doug Duncan, immediately responded to an email seeking comment.
Woods pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence in Florida last week, hours after a sheriff’s report said deputies found two pain pills in his pocket and that he showed signs of impairment after his SUV collided with a trailer and flipped onto its side.
Woods was traveling at a high speed with a speed limit of 30 mph (about 50 kph) on a beachside, residential road on Jupiter Island when the crash occurred, authorities said. According to the incident report, the truck suffered $5,000 in damage. Authorities said Woods agreed to a breathalyzer test that showed no signs of alcohol, but he refused a urine test.
Woods said last week that he was leaving his post for treatment.
This is the second time Woods has taken time off following a car accident. In 2009, when his SUV crashed into a fire hydrant and tree outside his home near Orlando, he took time off to work on becoming a better person. This lasted for four months and he returned to the Masters.
He was also injured in a car accident in Los Angeles in 2021, which damaged his right leg so badly that doctors considered amputation.
