I was delighted by researcher Sonja Lyubomirsky, Ph.D. recently on the MindBodyGreen podcast, and she comes to the same conclusion in her new book, how to feel love. She has spent her career testing happiness interventions, such as writing gratitude letters, performing acts of kindness, or simply interacting with a barista. And what he’s found, in almost all the interventions that really work, is the same underlying mechanism of making us feel more connected and more loved.
