The condo has set a record for the highest number of units sold for a new private residential launch so far this year. The 10 largest configurations \u2013 all units sold out, except the four-bedroom Premium with Yard. Jointly developed by Hong Leong Holdings, Guocoland and CSC Land, the development is the first new condominium to break ground in District 24&#8217;s Tengah, the newest residential complex in the west.
