The project comprises a 23-storey residential tower and a 15-storey residential tower, and offers a mix of two to four bedroom units as well as five penthouses. The development will also have a commercial platform of approximately 4,300 square feet. Based on the indicative price of over $1.4 million for a 646 sq ft, two-bedroom unit, the entry-level psf price is expected to start at $2,200 psf.
