And there&#8217;s nothing like total immersion to take your language skills to the next level.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(CET Japan) offers a truly in-depth and in-depth course only in the Japanese language <strong>speeds up language acquisition<\/strong>. I had the opportunity to program in 2 different summer semesters and attended both<sup>Ra<\/sup>-Year class and 4<sup>th<\/sup>-Year class. In both examples, <strong>I realized that in just two months in Japan I improved my Japanese more than I did in my entire academic year at university<\/strong>. In an uncomfortable environment, we&#8217;re stuck together and don&#8217;t want to venture anywhere outside of our apartments. That&#8217;s not something you want to do here. CET does a great job of promoting Taiwanese culture and history, and it would be a pity if you didn&#8217;t come here <strong>Experience the country&#8217;s cultural nuances and entertaining content<\/strong>. We have a saying in Chinese: \u8bfb\u4e07\u5377\u4e66\u5982\u7528\u884c\u4e07\u91cc\u8def. Reading ten thousand books is less effective than walking ten thousand miles. <strong>You can read whatever you want about Taiwan on the Internet or in magazines and books. This is a key to mental health, as well as an essential skill for school. Studies show that <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" id=\"https:\/\/www.usg.edu\/cassie\/results\/study-abroad\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usg.edu\/cassie\/results\/study-abroad\/\" type=\"link\">Students who have studied abroad earn higher GPAs and are more likely to complete their degree programs than their on-campus peers.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe biggest success of my tenure abroad has been <strong>Fully allowing myself to be comfortable with being uncomfortable<\/strong>. It played an important role in my life <strong>Personal growth, academic development, and shaping me into a more culturally dedicated and globally aware individual.<\/strong>. The new mindset I gained came not only from the classroom, but also from the perspectives I encountered through lived experience.
