As a result of committing the controlled substance offenses charged in Count One of this indictment, Ruben Rocha Moya, Enrique Inzunza Cazarez, Enrique Diaz Vega, Damaso Castro Zavedra, Marco Antonio Almanza Aviles, Alberto Jorge Contreras Nu\u00f1ez, a\/k\/a &#8220;Cholo,&#8221; Gerardo Merida Sanchez, Jose Antonio Dionisio Hipolito, a\/k\/a &#8220;Tornado,&#8221; Juan de Dios G\u00e1mez Mendivil, and Juan Valenzuela Mill\u00e1n, a\/k\/a &#8220;Juanito,&#8221; defendants, are to forfeit to the United States, pursuant to Title 21, United States Code, sections 853 and 970, any and all property made or derived from any proceeds obtained directly or indirectly by defendants as a result of the crime, and the crimes charged in Count One of this indictment. Any and all property used or intended to be used in any way or in part to carry out and facilitate the commission of such crimes shall be confiscated. 50. As a result of committing the firearms offenses charged in counts two and three of this indictment, Ruben Rocha Moya, Enrique Inzunza Cazarez, Enrique Diaz Vega, Damaso Castro Zavedra, Marco Antonio Almanza Aviles, Alberto Jorge Contreras Nu\u00f1ez, a\/k\/a &#8220;Cholo,&#8221; Gerardo Merida Sanchez, Jose Antonio Dionisio Hipolito, alias &#8220;Tornado,&#8221; Juan de Dios Gamez Mendivil, and Juan Valenzuela Millan, alias &#8220;Juanito,&#8221; defendants, shall be forfeited to the United States, pursuant to title 18, United States Code, sec. 924(D), all 32 32<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1 killed.
