It&#8217;s no surprise that many people are constantly on their phones throughout the day, and many even watch their shows or movies there. In this redesign, Netflix says it&#8217;s &#8220;putting what you care about front and center, with streamlined navigation and a visual, vertical search experience that feels right at home on your phone.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Users will see a top navigation bar filled with shows, movies, podcasts, new and hot, and categories. If you&#8217;re familiar with Reels on Instagram or YouTube Shorts, you&#8217;ll feel pretty comfortable. Netflix says this vertical video feed was &#8220;designed for the way you actually use your phone: quick, visible, and easy to tap on something that catches your attention.&#8221;<\/p>\n<aside data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\" class=\"hawk-root\"\/>\n<p id=\"elk-7fa69833-264c-4fbb-a6c0-93188d0edd2e-1\">The Clips feed is intended to feel personalized, so viewers can find something new to watch that they might find interesting &#8220;without the endless scrolling.&#8221; If you&#8217;ve found a show or movie you like, users will see an &#8220;Add to My List&#8221; button. Plus, sharing your favorite shows or movies with other people is half the fun. Users can share a clip from their feed via text or social media.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, users can &#8220;explore&#8221; clips in addition to what is relevant to you. While the company reported 16% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth, an executive discussed its plans for 2026. Netflix said it was planning to improve its mobile experience and drive more engagement through this vertical video feed. Sure, it feels like all the other vertical things we&#8217;ve seen recently (Disney, included), but it may have found its place.
