However, in Malaysia, the upcharge is only 27% \u2013 and that makes a difference. But if people are buying Honor 600, it is the Pro variant. You&#8217;ll see this even more clearly in the next pie chart.<\/p>\n<p>A third of voters show interest in the Pro, although some of them are waiting for the reviews to come in before making up their minds. The higher-end chipset (Snapdragon 8 Elite vs 7 Gen 4), 50MP 3.5x telephoto camera and wireless charging (50W) tipped the scale in favor of the Pro.<\/p>\n<p>But that \u20ac1,000 price tag is hard to swallow \u2013 there are true flagships at or even below this price point. People in the comments pointed out that they could get the Honor Magic8 Pro for around the same price \u2013 now that&#8217;s a true flagship. The Poco F and Xiaomi T models are also in contention.<\/p>\n<p>The Honor 600 is a capable mid-ranger \u2013 one commenter managed to get one for \u20ac150 less than MSRP (and with some Honor goodies). This is a deal we can make. But at MSRP, take a look \u2013 19% of people would prefer the Pro model, while 20% are looking at other brands.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-image\" width=\"1200\" height=\"730\" alt=\"honor 600 poll result\" src=\"https:\/\/fdn.gsmarena.com\/imgroot\/news\/26\/04\/weekly-poll-results-honor-600-honor-600-pro\/inline\/gsmarena_002.png\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A spot check on the Honor Germany site shows that the Honor 400 Pro (12\/512GB) is available for \u20ac550 \u2013 which is \u20ac150 less than the comparable Honor 600. old pro <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"compare.php3?idPhone1=14605&amp;idPhone2=13798#diff-\">a lot is being done for this<\/a>: A Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip (which is older, but it&#8217;s significantly smaller than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4), a 50MP 3x telephoto camera, a larger 6.7\u201d display, and fast charging (100W wired, 50W wireless). The 5,300mAh battery is quite small by Si\/C standards (and 1,100mAh smaller than the Honor 600 battery).<\/p>\n<p>If you have your heart set on the Honor 600, we&#8217;d advise you to wait until you find a solid discount.<\/p>\n<h4>Honor Magic8 Pro 5G<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Europe, the Honor 600 Pro is 43% more expensive than the vanilla model.
