This premium headband features a metal attached stem connecting the two sides. A thin strip can also be seen beneath the soft cushion, and this may possibly provide more strength than the Sony WH-1000XM6, whose hinges have been reported to be prone to breaking. However, French tech blog <em><a rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dealabs.com\/magazine\/sony-1000x-the-collexion-nous-avons-desormais-les-caracteristiques-et-les-prix-mondiaux-61336\">dlabs<\/a> <\/em>(through a) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/headphones\/comments\/1t34bty\/sony_1000xx_the_collexion_spotted_worn_by_damson\/\">reddit post<\/a>) says that the 1000X&#8217;s neckband won&#8217;t bend like the WH-1000XM6.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_e e_L\">\n<p>Metal inserts can also be seen on the bottom grille covering the microphone. In addition to the white version worn by the actor, another \u201cSandstone\u201d has been leaked previously, but we&#8217;re unsure if these are the same or different colors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_e e_L\">\n<p>During this time, <em>dlabs<\/em> Additional information about the headphones has been shared. For starters, the Sony 1000X is reported to feature a &#8220;V3&#8221; processor, which may be the same as the QN3 on the XM6. The processor will also enable Sony&#8217;s DSEE Extreme sound enhancement technology, which can upscale audio up to 32-bit signals.
