Eden Rock \u2013 There is something about St. Barths that changes your pace as soon as you arrive. For me, a long-time fan of Oetker Collection properties over the past 12 years, Eden Rock has always stood out. The stripes, the branding, all that effortless luxury. Everything feels elevated, but never extreme.<\/p>\n
The day starts slowly there. Straight near the water, skin still cold, hair pulled back, in the middle of nowhere. A leisurely lunch turns into a long afternoon on the sand, rolling snow straight from the ice bucket with La Piscine in hand. Fresh face towels in your beach bag for everything, and mouth tape at night for deeper sleep and better mornings afterward.<\/p>\n
