In response to criticism of Cassie’s arc, Sam Levinson, creator behind Excitement<\/i>Adding, “[Cassie]has her own doghouse and her little dog ears and nose, and it has its own humor, but what makes the scene is that her housekeeper is the one filming it.” <\/p>\n
He further explains heart<\/i>\u201cWhat we always wanted to find is another layer of absurdity that we are able to tie in so that we are not inside his imagination or illusion \u2013 the lie is to jump out and break the wall.\u201d<\/p>\n
