The serviced apartments, located at 12 Shan Road, opened in April 2026. My guest and I were placed in a two-bedroom family suite and this was our experience there. Weave Living is a Hong Kong-based co-living operator with four Singapore properties: Weave Suites \u2013 Midtown, Weave Suites \u2013 Hillside, Weave Residences \u2013 East Coast, and its latest addition, Weave Suites \u2013 Novena. These together bring its local portfolio to about 400 units, worth about US$600 million (S$810 million), according to a company spokesperson. Weave Suites \u2013 Novena is a 99-suite freehold development that was acquired in 2025 for over $100 million through a joint venture with funds managed by US-based investment firm BlackRock and real estate company Lian Beng Group.
