Following the Rust tragedy, insiders revealed that the actor and filmmaker has dedicated himself to raising his children and giving his wife Hilaria the space to pursue her own work.<\/p>\n
“Alec has been running on empty for years,” an insider told a US media outlet.<\/p>\n
She added, “And now he loves taking the lion’s share of the child-minding, giving Hilaria the time and space to do her own thing, especially since she has so many work projects and other passions that take up a lot of her time.”<\/p>\n
For those unaware, Alec Baldwin was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the 2021 accidental shooting death of Rust cinematographer Halina Hutchins. However, the judge ultimately dismissed the case.<\/p>\n
Now, the source claimed, “She is still very affected by this tragedy. It’s a dark cloud that hangs over her head and is still putting a lot of pressure on her.”<\/p>\n
She added, “His fuse is still off and he doesn’t eat healthy at all, despite everyone telling him he needs to keep an eye on his blood pressure.”<\/p>\n
Earlier, Alec spoke about the tragedy, saying, “I can tell you, (the Jung tragedy) broke every nerve in my body, spiritually, financially, work-wise, my career, my wife, my kids, my friends, my health.”<\/p>\n
