In the final game, Billy Butcher, played by Karl Urban, is preparing to give everything to his team.<\/p>\n
The first glimpse of the finale shows that the boys’ battle against Homelander is coming to a head.<\/p>\n
With the episode titled Blood and Bone, expect an all-out war.<\/p>\n
“Can’t show you much more without spoiling the whole kit and caboodle,” the show’s official account said.<\/p>\n
“But on Wednesday, we’re going all the way. No matter the cost. “Until the job gets done.”<\/p>\n
However, as the finale approaches, there is fear among The Boys team, especially creator Eric Kripke.<\/p>\n
“I’m quite nervous about the series finale,” he previously said. <\/p>\n
“You can count on one, maybe two hands, two really great series finales.”<\/p>\n
Then, Kripke pointed to a series of hit shows whose endings became divisive among fans.<\/p>\n
“The graveyard is literally full of terrible series finales,” the creator shared on Sony’s Creator to Creator podcast.<\/p>\n
“I’m quite nervous about the series finale,” he admitted.<\/p>\n
The Boys will first be released in theaters on May 19 and on streamers on May 20.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
