Customers consistently report high satisfaction on T-Life transactions, and our frontline teams benefit from fast, simple tools. As we continue to evolve our digital experience to meet customers where they are \u2013 in the store, on the phone, or at T-Life \u2013 our frontline employees remain an essential part of how we show up for customers every day. And if for some reason a customer is unable to reach T-Life, no problem. This is in line with staff concerns that backup protocols are not currently in place for when customers can&#8217;t access the T-Mobile app \u2014 the statement suggests the company will address this oversight in the near future. The statement also did not explain how the company&#8217;s &#8220;experts&#8221; would support customers outside of the app.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_e e_Y\">\n<p>The statement further noted that \u201cfrontline employees remain an essential part\u201d of how the company performs for customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"e_e e_Y\">\n<p>Internal communications from T-Mobile COO John Freer recently revealed that access to traditional legacy backend sales systems will be discontinued for retail representatives on July 31, 2026.
