As a reminder, a court order ended the SAVE scheme. <strong>You must select a new repayment plan, or your student loan servicer will move you to a different repayment plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">In the coming months, your loan servicer will contact you about your specific deadline to choose a different repayment plan. <strong>Once you hear from your loan servicer, you will have 90 days to choose another repayment plan.<\/strong> This gives you time to choose the plan that works best for you.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Our latest repayment plans \u2013 Repayment Assistance Plan (RAP) and Tiered Standard Plan \u2013 will be available from July 1, 2026. <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/announcements-events\/big-updates\" class=\"\" style=\"outline: none;\">studentaid.gov\/bigupdates<\/a> To learn more about these new repayment plans and other changes to federal student aid programs.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">If you don&#8217;t want to wait until July 1, 2026, you can choose a different repayment plan that suits your needs and goals.
