I don&#8217;t have that spiritual gift, but many believers do. Paul supports the fact that Christians can speak in tongues, and he said it is also important for the community to understand what is being said when a person speaks in tongues. When we can speak, pray, sing, and listen with understanding, we use our minds in worship for the glory of God.<\/p>\n<p>Our worship should involve both soul and mind. If the Holy Spirit does not meet our spirit, our words of worship can be cold, ineffective utterances. And if our mind is not occupied with our prayers and praises of God, our worship will remain a mere exaggeration. Only conscious, spiritual worship is real worship.<\/p>\n<p>Worship should involve our entire self, mind, body and spirit. Then it is also necessary to worship <i>By<\/i> congregation, no <i>For<\/i> Congregation. Puja is not a spectator sport. So while watching a singer perform may be inspiring, and listening to a preacher preach may be inspiring, we need to understand that these things actually move us to worship God.<\/p>\n<p>Worship leaders have a big responsibility. They should direct the souls and minds of the worshipers towards God. They cannot surprise people or manipulate emotions.
