After the divorce, he was having a dispute with his second wife Ploy regarding the custody of his 12 and 13 year old children. <\/p>\n

The couple’s adult children from their first marriage are seeking custody of them and plan to fly them to Britain for the funeral. <\/p>\n

But a Thai judge ruled that Quentin’s 29-year-old son Joel could not take the children, despite promises to return them, because he could not provide written details of the funeral. <\/p>\n

Ploy’s lawyer Mona Mankong said: “The court said that allowing children to travel abroad without the mother’s consent and outside the jurisdiction of Thai the courts<\/span>This could create serious complications in enforcing future court orders. <\/p>\n
