The interesting thing is that this gave everyone the impression that people working in government sectors are given very low annual variable bonuses. In a way, I myself have been misled for decades regarding very low variable bonuses such as Annual Variable Component (&#8220;AVC&#8221;) announcements during mid-year and year-end.  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>1.
