My SGX Income portfolio value has increased from $457k to $463k, driven by positive earnings momentum due to continued strength in the banks with both DBS and UOB and a healthy rebound in AMS Apac Reit and Frasers L&#038;C Trust. Frasers L&#038;C has reached the psychological milestone of $1. Prices in Mapletree Family and CICT were partially offset, although nothing worrisome given the broader lackluster S-REIT environment. My US Growth portfolio has grown from US$83.2k to US$101.3k due to cash secured put option assignments and continued strength of growth stocks like MSFT, PANW and AMZN due to increased investment in NVIDIA. My SRS Ultra Long-Term portfolio value has increased from $270k to $287k mainly due to SRS contributions and dividends received from local banks. <b>Portfolio Activities<\/b>  Buy 100 shares of NVDA at $217.50 with a cash-secured put option assignment.
