The Nepal opener joins an elite list that includes Herschelle Gibbs, Yuvraj Singh, Kieron Pollard, Jaskaran Malhotra and Deepender Singh Airey. His brilliant innings against China further highlighted Nepal’s rise on the international stage and their reputation for fearless batting.<\/p>\n

Kushal Bhurtel’s record-breaking century takes Nepal past 300<\/h2>\n

Kushal Bhurtel did not stop after hitting six sixes in an over. The Nepal opener dominated the innings from start to finish and produced one of the most devastating innings in T20I history. He completed his century in just 35 balls, equaling one of the fastest centuries scored by a Nepalese batsman in this format.<\/p>\n

Bhurtel scored 129 runs off just 43 balls at a whopping strike rate of 300.00, including five fours and 16 sixes, as Nepal posted a mammoth total of 313\/2 in the Asian Games men’s T20I qualifier match against China.<\/p>\n

Kushal Malla provided excellent support by scoring unbeaten 85 runs in 47 balls, while captain Rohit Paudel scored unbeaten 69 runs in just 21 balls. Deng Jinqing and Ma Qiancheng took one wicket each for China, but the bowlers struggled to contain Nepal’s relentless batting attack in Singapore.<\/p>\n
