For 1Q2026, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/thesmartinvestor.com.sg\/the-data-centre-gold-mine-keppel-dc-reit-vs-digital-core-reit\/\">Data Center REIT<\/a> Net property income (NPI) increased 19.4% year-on-year (YoY) to S$105.2 million. Distributable income rose 20.7% to S$74.6 million, implying distributions per unit (DPU) of S$0.02833 \u2013 up 13.2% from a year earlier.
