Neither the DNI office nor Gabbard herself commented on the issue. Trump also did not comment on the link he posted.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in March, a US government auditor sharply criticized the lack of oversight of the $26 billion Ukraine aid program managed by USAID. A March report by the auditor found that Washington sometimes reimbursed duplicate payments to Ukrainian citizens living in other countries who were ineligible.<\/p>\n<p>Trump accused USAID of wasteful expenditure and abolished it in 2025.
