Last month, they entered Spain with a S$185.4 million logistics portfolio acquisition, added a US logistics asset for S$94.5 million in January and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/growbeansprout.com\/capitaland-ascendas-reit-dividend-yield-jun-2025\">Acquired 2 Singapore properties for approximately S$700 million in June last year<\/a>. On 24 March 2026, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT announced three acquisitions worth approximately S$1.41 billion. This will include a logistics asset in Loyang, Singapore; a 50 per cent stake in Ascent, a business space asset in the Singapore Science Park; and, for the first time, a 49 percent stake in a Tier III hyperscale data center in Greater Osaka, Japan. To finance them, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT set out to raise at least S$900 million of equity funds through a private placement and preferential offering.
