King Charles health rumors: What’s happening to the king behind closed doors<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nThere are a lot of rumors circulating about the king and what problems he is battling, including his cancer which have been kept under wraps. <\/p>\n
Things like the severity of his illness, even the treatment options available to him, were ‘downgraded’ earlier this year. All these have heated up the market of rumours. But the most widespread of them are comments related to talks about abdication. <\/p>\n
However the following are being considered regarding his medical treatment and options, the first of which is alternative medicine as early in his treatment the King actually traveled to India for an Ayurveda retreat with Queen Camilla. <\/p>\n
The second rumor is that the King has already handed over most of the power and control to Prince William and is planning his abdication as we speak under the code word Operation Menai Bridge. However, it would be pertinent to mention that no official report has emerged confirming this news. <\/p>\n
However, there were also brief official updates on his road to recovery, one of which was his facing “side effects” of his treatment, which there was some speculation about to be immunotherapy or radiotherapy.<\/p>\n

However what is well known and documented is that February 2024 was the day the news of King’s cancer broke. A few months later in April he already returned to face public duties and continued working as usual. There were approximately 186 engagement promises, give or take, fewer than only Princess Anne, who stood at 217. (Apart from them, court circular <\/i>As for the States, the next runners-up were the Duke of Gloucester, Prince Edward, and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.)<\/p>\n
Not many updates were given from March to December, and late last year King revealed he would be reducing the frequency of his treatments through 2026. <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
