Israeli sources say its air campaign to destroy Tehran’s “top priority” weapons factories making drones and rockets will be completed this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Joint Israeli and US military figures claim that more than 19,500 targets have been destroyed, including approximately 5,000 missile and drone launchers. According to the David Institute, more than 760 command and control sites and nine major military industrial plants have also been affected.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n About 2,500 U.S. Marines, along with 1,000 soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division, are arriving in the region to prepare for an imminent ground attack by Iranian authorities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Iran’s speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said, “The enemy sends out communications and negotiations in public while secretly planning a ground attack. Iran is unable to do that right now.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The news comes as attacks continued across the Middle East yesterday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The Israeli military says it attacked targets in Tehran and other parts of the country, while Iran retaliated with missiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Saudi Arabia said it intercepted 10 Iranian drones, while Kuwait said air defense systems intercepted four drones that attacked the oil-rich country yesterday. The United Arab Emirates said its air defense systems were responding to more missile and drone attacks. According to the ministry, the UAE faced 16 missile and 42 drone attacks in the 24 hours till yesterday afternoon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n An Iranian missile attack on Friday injured at least 10 US service members, two of them seriously, and damaged several aircraft at a military base in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Pictures show a destroyed US Air Force E-3G Sentry aircraft.
