\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsign up for Sun<\/span> Newsletter\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\tThank you!\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n In the touching footage, Molly’s owner is clearly emotional as the pair share a loving reunion. <\/p>\n A week ago Jessica Johnson fell from a 180 feet high waterfall in New Zealand. <\/p>\n Somehow avoiding life-changing injury, Johnson got lucky a second time when a helicopter crew found his dog stranded in the woods. <\/p>\n The pair were hiking in a remote area of \u200b\u200bthe Arahura Valley when disaster struck.<\/p>\n ‘deep concern’<\/p>\n Amid dispute with Spain, Trump orders investigation into euthanasia of gang rape victim<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n west in chaos<\/p>\n Trump says he’s on the verge of pulling the US out of NATO…and agrees with dictator Putin<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n While at the top of a high waterfall, Johnson’s foot slipped and she tumbled over the edge. <\/p>\n Emergency services were immediately activated and Johnson was taken to a nearby hospital. <\/p>\n However, his faithful friend was nowhere to be seen. <\/p>\n News of Molly’s disappearance spread quickly and within days thousands of dollars were raised for rescue efforts.<\/p>\n “A huge thank you to the many people who have donated to the search for Molly the dog,” Precision Helicopters said. <\/p>\n “The plan is to search first on Tuesday in good weather conditions with some sophisticated thermal imagery technology coming from (Christchurch) and a good team of volunteers.”<\/p>\n Enough money was raised for a three-hour flight, and by some miracle, Molly was found inside that window. <\/p>\n The dog, soaked to the bone, was at the bottom of the waterfall \u2013 only a few meters from where Johnson had disappeared. <\/p>\n Pilot Matt Newton said the rescue operation was challenging and they almost did not find him. <\/p>\n \u201cWe went to that area three times in search of him, but without any success,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n The crew realized they needed to change something, so they returned to get the thermal imaging camera. <\/p>\n “Once we found the right people with the right gear and the right day for it, we hit the jackpot,” Newton said. <\/p>\n “She was in pretty good shape, a little laid out, but I think she looked like she knew she was being rescued.”<\/p>\n He said Molly was playing with the crew as soon as they got back to base. <\/p>\n Writing on Facebook, Johnson said: “She’s been through a tough week.
