Located at 12 Shan Road, Weaves Suites \u2013 Novena is close to HealthCity Novena and Novena MRT station on the North-South Line. The newly revamped development adds 99 serviced suites to the Novena area, bringing Weave Living&#8217;s total Singapore portfolio to close to 400 units and the combined portfolio asset value to approximately US$600 million (S$772 million). With the opening, Weave Living&#8217;s local portfolio now includes four properties: Weave Suites \u2013 Novena, Weave Suites \u2013 Midtown, Weave Suites \u2013 Hillside, and Weave Residences \u2013 East Coast. The new Novena asset was acquired through a joint venture with Singapore&#8217;s Lian Beng Group for more than S$100 million in 2025, with funds managed by global asset management firm BlackRock. This is Weave Living&#8217;s second collaboration with BlackRock in Singapore, following the acquisition of the former Citadines Mount Sophia in 2024 for $148 million.
