In an interview with UK Issue Ok! magazine<\/i>She claimed that motherhood has provided her with a sense of stability.<\/p>\n
“Ever since I became a mother, I have found balance in my life. Being an actor, when you are forced to introspect all the time, it’s a relief to have something that can take you out of your rut,” she began. <\/p>\n
Pfeiffer also commented, “It gives a whole different level of meaning to your life.”<\/p>\n
While most artists often operate from an external locus of control due to the structural realities of their profession, Michelle deliberately develops internal controls to maintain mental stability.<\/p>\n
He added, “It’s just the nature of the beast, you’re trying to connect with your character, so it lends itself to being prettier than other people.”<\/p>\n
Pfeiffer further stated that at her stage in life, when it comes to depicting loss, losing friends, family and colleagues, she no longer needs to look far for inspiration.<\/p>\n
She added, “Sometimes, it can get to a place where it’s not healthy. When you get to my age, a lot of people close to you \u2013 friends, family, coworkers \u2013 pass away, so unfortunately you don’t have to look very far for inspiration.<\/p>\n
“Grief manifests differently with everyone. Some people are very apathetic. With some people, it’s everything. When you combine grief and the shock of an unexpected tragedy, it’s almost as if PTSD comes into play.”<\/p>\n
“And sometimes in the case of Abby, my oldest daughter, she has it more together because she sees how messed up I am,” she concluded.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
