Luxury riverfront condo, located on River Valley Green in prime District 9 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/stackedhomes.com\/river-modern-sales-launch\/#sh.wxqf9x\">410 units sold (a little over 90%)<\/a> during its launch weekend in March, and the project set an average selling price of $3,266 psf. The successful launch of River Modern is the latest new project to break ground in the River Valley area, following strong sales at three other nearby condos last year. Although more than 2,200 new private homes have been launched for sale in the River Valley over the past year or so, fast take-up rates mean the new units available are dwindling rapidly.
