The most interesting thing here is what the listing reportedly details: Samsung&#8217;s core architecture for this iteration. The publication claims it saw the chip with a 10-core CPU, similar to the Exynos 2600 that powers the Galaxy S26 series in South Korea.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fancy-box\" id=\"elk-5e4270e5-5558-4906-b05f-49ece611b028\">\n<p>Android Central&#8217;s Tech<\/p>\n<div class=\"fancy_box_body\">\n<p class=\"fancy-box__body-text\">Some of these clock speeds are a little worrying to me. According to my calculations, some of these reported speeds are less than 2600. The publication noted that this list was based on the creation of &#8220;engineers&#8221;, so these numbers may be slightly lower. I certainly hope so too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<aside data-block-type=\"embed\" data-render-type=\"fte\" data-skip=\"dealsy\" data-widget-type=\"seasonal\" class=\"hawk-root\"\/>\n<p id=\"elk-497fc29b-25e7-4e1e-8f7a-14c8456a2a51-0\">It turns out that the fastest core clock of the Exynos 2700 is at ~2.88GHz. The post says its remaining cores, presumably efficiency-based, sit at ~2.4GHz. On the other side of the equation is the Xclipse 970 GPU, which may be included in the SoC when it debuts. Moon said the company is beginning to formulate a &#8220;medium to long-term strategy&#8221; to develop new chips. More importantly, it will push Exynos chips into more Galaxy devices in Samsung&#8217;s ecosystem.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fancy-box\" id=\"elk-90bb6662-4f82-4760-a87d-a3b47d5dc8a0\">\n<p>Android Central&#8217;s Tech<\/p>\n<div class=\"fancy_box_body\">\n<p class=\"fancy-box__body-text\">Samsung is committed to the future of Exynos. I think the deciding factor will be how well it can compete. I mean, the Galaxy S26 doesn&#8217;t feature the Exynos 2600 everywhere. In the US we don&#8217;t have that, we have the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Sure, it&#8217;s &#8220;for Galaxy&#8221;, which means it&#8217;s overclocked, but it&#8217;s a Qualcomm chip. Samsung does this because it knows how the market reacts. I wonder if we&#8217;ll get to the point where it can compete <em>And <\/em>As tall as Qualcomm stands.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"elk-92524fca-d21b-4531-a134-c03d595beeaa\">Despite Moon saying that developing the chips is &#8220;difficult&#8221; and requires &#8220;many years&#8221; of work, Samsung wants to do the work for Exynos. Shortly after, rumors about the Exynos 2700 surfaced when a South Korean publication said it could work on its thermal output. Samsung is believed to be working on its HPB technology to reduce how hot the chip can get and how well it can cool.
