talking with people magazine<\/i>Camila, who shares children, daughter Hayden and son Lucas, with Matthew Allen, revealed that their summer will revolve around her children’s activities.<\/p>\n
“Oh my god, awesome summer fun,” Camila said.<\/p>\n
The actress said, “There will be a lot of games \u2013 it’s true. We haven’t planned summer vacations yet, but there will definitely be a lot of T-ball, softball and us sitting on the sidelines.”<\/p>\n
Plus, Camilla Luddington also shared her practical approach to fueling her kids during busy days.<\/p>\n
She also added, “Also, listen, I know I could throw them a bag of donuts and they’d be excited, but I don’t feel any guilt about it.”<\/p>\n
Camila added, “And so for me, I’m a little bit type B. I don’t always have things perfect. It’s this perfect grab-and-go.”<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the actress also shared about managing her health after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease.<\/p>\n
She said, “I was so bloated all the time, I don’t know why, I was tired. I wasn’t working out. I hadn’t seen a workout class in years, and I’m back lifting weights at Barry’s Bootcamp. So I feel more like myself. I feel like I have more energy for work, for my family.”<\/p>\n
“It feels like I have to do a lot of self-care right now, just avoiding gluten and all these things that I’m learning,” Camila said.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
