&#8211; RT World News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                    US Defense Secretary once again criticizes journalists as &#8216;not patriotic&#8217; over Iran war coverage\n            <\/p>\n<div>\n<p>US War Secretary Pete Hegseth has once again attacked the press and accused the journalists <em>&#8220;Endless stream of garbage&#8221;<\/em> In its coverage of the Iran conflict and compared the Pentagon media pool to the Pharisees, a Jewish group in the Bible who frequently clashed with Jesus.<\/p>\n<p>Hegseth, a former Fox News host appointed by US President Donald Trump to lead the US Defense Department, has repeatedly clashed with the press more than a year into his tenure.<\/p>\n<p>Hegseth&#8217;s latest comments follow critical coverage of his <em>&#8220;CSAR 25:17&#8221;<\/em> Reading at the Pentagon prayer meeting, which was labeled <em>&#8220;Fake&#8221;<\/em> Samuel L. in Pulp Fiction Because of its similarity to the fictional passage from Ezekiel read by Jackson.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I can&#8217;t help but notice the endless stream of trash, the persistent negative coverage, despite the historic and significant success of this effort and the success of our troops.&#8221;<\/em> Hegseth said at a Pentagon briefing Thursday. <em>&#8220;Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to figure out which side some of you are really on.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Pharisees \u2013 the so-called and self-appointed elite of their time \u2013 they were there to testify, to write everything down, to report,\u201d<\/em> He added. <em>&#8220;But&#8230;
