When you are stuck in times of great adversity and suffering, the only way to overcome it is to start focusing on others. Focusing on yourself internalizes your pain. As soon as you go outside yourself, you are healed. This is an unnatural response to pain. But I can assure you that this is the only path to true healing. Continue to sow seeds for others during these times. You will find that happiness has returned to your life.<\/p>\n<p>He who goes out crying with seeds to sow will return carrying sheaves with him singing songs of joy.
