Nicknamed “Baby Malinga” for his unique slinging action, Pathirana is known for his sharp yorkers and control at the death. This is what KKR is missing so far in IPL 2026.<\/p>\n
Pathirana has taken 47 wickets in 32 matches in his IPL career. His best season came in 2023, when he took 19 wickets and played a key role in CSK winning the title.<\/p>\n

His return could change the bowling balance of the team and give him a reliable option in the final overs.<\/p>\n
