It further added that from hospitals and community organizations to classrooms, conference rooms, memorials and playgrounds, Meghan and Harry are engaged with individuals and groups working to create meaningful, lasting change. <\/p>\n
They met young people shaping the conversation about mental health, leaders driving change in the workplace, veterans rebuilding their lives through sport, and communities coming together in moments of both reflection and joy.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe themes of mental health, resilience and collective responsibility remained at the forefront throughout the journey \u2013 reinforcing a shared belief that lasting change requires both compassion and action,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
