Asia-Pacific markets were set to open higher on Tuesday amid hopes for a resolution to the Middle East conflict, although tensions between Iran and the US continued. <\/p>\n
“Trump, by imposing the siege and violating the ceasefire, wants to turn this negotiating table \u2013 in his imagination \u2013 into a table of surrender or to justify a renewed war,” Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said in a statement.
