I love asking someone about a piece of clothing and hearing what the obvious \u201chero piece\u201d is in their wardrobe. Their eyes light up as they extol the virtues of that shoe or sweater they can’t live without. Below, eight women share the hero pieces they reach for again and again…<\/p>\n

It took me a long time to make my album – I was scared to put myself out there again – but I feel very confident in this outfit. The cover shoot ended a year ago, but I still wear that dress all the time. i’ll throw it with this bike shorts<\/a> Wear it with tights and a turtleneck to a kid’s birthday party, or to a client meeting.
