According to the press release, the collection “takes inspiration from Gap’s collections, which reference defining denim moments and silhouettes from the late ’80s and early ’90s.” Those styles include straight-leg, barrel-leg and capri-length jeans, as well as baseball caps for denim jackets, shirts and denim-on-denim outfits.
“Every collaboration we do is based on storytelling,” Gap’s chairman and CEO said in the release. “This partnership feels really authentic \u2013 and that’s where the magic happens. It’s allowed us to create pieces that we hope our customers will feel they have to have.”<\/p>\n
