The member of the press in question is none other than News.com.au reporter Bronte Coy, and she sat down with The Sun’s Royal Exclusive Podcast to break down everything. <\/p>\n
He explained that the tour, which was largely private although focused more on philanthropy with some private events, took him to several cities and locations such as the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and Bondi Beach in Sydney. Harry separately visited the Australian War Memorial in Canberra and then he and Meghan also attended an Invictus Australia sailing event on Sydney Harbor together. As far as Meghan’s solo outings go, it was a highly polarizing MasterChef Australia stint. <\/p>\n
The expert said of it all, “[Harry]loved the job of being a royal because make no mistake, it felt a lot like a royal tour…except for the business aspects.”<\/p>\n
“But Meghan, on the other side of it \u2014 it was very interesting,” she admitted. Ms Coy said, “I thought her presence would have been a little more natural this time around and after seeing her again for those few days, I feel like I don’t know her at all.” <\/p>\n
As for the reason, it was due to the fact that “the mask never slipped”, which he described in his own words as “very interesting and fascinating” to watch.<\/p>\n
He also compared it to the original plan he presented to the Queen before Megxit was finalised.<\/p>\n
However, he didn’t end there and instead explained, “This is where it gets a little bit nerve-wracking. In fairness, I have to say that I thought there would potentially be flashpoints. The mood in Australia is often the same as it is in Britain, where they can get people fired up and their fans are very passionate…” And just like at home, “Wherever they went, they got a very warm welcome.
