Design details rumored for next year’s 20th anniversary iPhone<\/h2>\n

Apple’s rumored iPhone roadmap includes a number of exciting and unique new models.<\/p>\n

Coming this fall, the foldable iPhone Ultra will be unlike any iPhone model before it. It will offer a two-in-one type of device, combining iPhone and iPad-like experiences in one product.<\/p>\n

Next year, rumors have Apple working on another revolutionary new model to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the iPhone.<\/p>\n

We’ve seen reports that the ‘iPhone 20’ design will be the closest Apple gets to Jony Ive’s dream of a “single slab of glass.”<\/p>\n

And today Weibo leaker is digital chat station shared new information<\/a> About iPhone display.<\/p>\n

He says Apple is working with Samsung to create a display that:<\/p>\n

  1. quadrilateral micro curve<\/li>\n
  2. A “pole-less” design <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We’ve previously heard that the iPhone will have a quad-curve design, but the ‘micro-curve’ description refers to how far the curve extends to the edge of the iPhone. <\/p>\n

    With micro-curve, it should curve only slightly around each edge, thus giving the impression of being bezel-free without the hassle of accidental inputs when you’re holding the phone.<\/p>\n

    Meanwhile, removing the polarizer layer from a display can help in several ways \u2013 with brightness, thickness, and efficiency.<\/p>\n
