Recently, I shared this <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/growbeansprout.com\/cict-paragon-asia-square-2026\">CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) agreed to buy Paragon<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/growbeansprout.com\/capitaland-ascendas-reit-dividend-yield-mar-2026\">CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) announces acquisitions in Singapore and Japan<\/a>And <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/growbeansprout.com\/lendlease-reit-preferential-offering-mar-2026\">Lendlease REIT moves to take full ownership of PLQ Mall<\/a>. With Singapore REITs being acquired again, many income investors <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/BeansproutSG\">Beansprout Telegram Group <\/a> Asking what these asset purchases mean for unitholders. In this article, I&#8217;ll take a look at three Singapore REITs that recently made acquisitions and what these deals could mean for distributions per unit (DPU) and dividend yields.<\/p>\n<h2>#1 &#8211; Capitaland Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX: C38U)<\/h2>\n<p>CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) announced two linked transactions in April 2026. It agreed to acquire 100% of Paragon for S$3.9 billion and sell Asia Square Tower 2 for S$2.476 billion.
