King Charles and Queen Camilla have shared a glimpse of their time together in America.
Her Majesty, who arrived in Washington DC this week, shared a photo with President Donald Trump and First Lady Melanie Trump.
On Monday, the couple shared a photo with Trump and his wife on Instagram. He captioned the post: “On the advice of Her Majesty’s Government and at the invitation of the President of the United States, The King and Queen have arrived in Washington DC to begin a four-day state visit to the United States.
He said: “Her Majesty will make engagements in Washington DC, New York and Virginia, where she will join in celebrations of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.”
“At the White House, the King and Queen were welcomed by President Trump and the First Lady,” the couple said.
