Alden Ehrenreich recently revealed the one thing that bugs him about top-tier actors.
talked to ehrenreich Diversity About his experience with notable stars. When asked to name which characteristic of her fellow co-stars frustrates her, she said that people who come to the set without any preparation irritate her.
“I’ve had the experience of being on a set where there’s a lot of money (involved) and everyone has to do their part to make it work because something has to blow away in the background,” he said.
“And then people, especially people who are very established, come in and don’t know their line, which is, you know, the basic unit of your work,” oppenheimer Star noted.
Ehrenreich revealed that some unprepared stars claim that avoiding memorizing lines helps them perform naturally, which he dismissed, saying that this approach does them no favors in the long run.
He quipped, “There’s an ethos of ‘Well, I don’t (remember) because then I keep it fresh.’ I think there are people for whom it works. But I have seen people not doing that, where it meant the entire team gets home late and the producers are spending more.
“Especially when it’s a big name, the fact is that no one feels comfortable saying, ‘Hey, you need to know your lines,'” Alden Ehrenreich said.
