President Donald Trump arrived in Beijing on Wednesday for a two-day visit as he hopes to focus on trade with China and reportedly seek Peking’s help in resolving the deeply unpopular war in Iran.

- 6:00 pm: State banquet with Xi Jinping
- May 15, 11:30 am Photo session with Xi Jinping
- 11:40 am Tea with She
- Lunch with Xi at 12:15 pm.
- Afternoon: Departure from Beijing
Who is accompanying Trump on high-risk China trip?
A total of 17 delegations are joining Trump on his visit to China, which includes business executives and key administrative officials.
Some of them are Nvidia boss Jensen Huang, Apple chief Tim Cook, Tesla and SpaceX veteran Elon Musk and BlackRock veteran Larry Fink.
At a press conference, Trump said his “first request” to the Chinese leader would be to open its markets to American technology and finance giants.
“I would ask President Xi, a leader of extraordinary distinction, to ‘open up’ China so that these talented people can work their magic and help bring the People’s Republic to an even higher level,” he said in a post on Truth Social.
