This is no longer speculation, the Xiaomi 17T series is scheduled to be officially launched on May 28. Xiaomi confirmed the launch date for its upcoming 17T and 17T Pro phones, calling it “the biggest T series upgrade yet.”

We’ve seen our fair share of leaks for the 17T series, including official renders and detailed specifications. Both phones are set to come with MediaTek chipsets, the 17T will get the Dimensity 8500-Ultra while the 17T Pro will likely offer the flagship Dimensity 9500 SoC.
The Pro variant is also expected to have a larger 6.83-inch AMOLED (FHD+ 144Hz), while the vanilla will get a 6.59-inch AMOLED (FHD+ 120Hz) panel. Both phones will have 50MP main cameras, with the 17T rumored to bring a Light Fusion 800 main sensor, while the 17T Pro is expected to bring a Light Fusion 950 sensor. The remaining 50MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom and 12MP ultrawide lens are said to be shared between the two.
In terms of battery, the Xiaomi 17T is expected to launch with a 6,500mAh cell and 67W charging, while the 17T Pro is rumored to get a larger 7,000mAh cell with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 17T (12/256GB) price in Europe is rumored to start at €749 ($878), while the Xiaomi 17T Pro (12/512GB) is expected to start at €999 ($1,170).
