Actress Halle Bailey is enjoying motherhood.
talking to People The 26-year-old actress called motherhood a “beautiful thing” at The Peabody Awards on Sunday.
For those unaware, Halle has a 2-year-old son, Halo, with her ex-partner DDG.
When asked what kind of man she wants her son to be, the actress replied, “I think I’m trying to raise someone who’s loving, who’s kind, who’s aware, who’s intuitive. And he’s all of those things.”
“I’m just hoping I do my best,” she said.
the little Mermaid The star further told the publication that her son is her “biggest blessing,” adding that Halo is “a very clingy, huggable boy.”
For those unaware, Hailey and her ex-boyfriend, rapper DDG, welcomed Halo in December 2023.
Halle wrote on Instagram at the time, “We may be just days away into the New Year, but the greatest thing 2023 could do for me was bring me my son… Welcome to the world. The world can’t wait to know you.”
It is noteworthy here that DDG had announced their separation from Halle in October 2024 after dating for more than two years.
