King Charles has given royal fans a hilarious moment with Queen Camilla that they might not have expected.
The royal couple visited Cornwall for the 25th anniversary of the Eden Project. In the clip now going viral, the monarch was engrossed in a conversation with the volunteers, making him momentarily forget that the Queen was also with him.
The part becomes funny when Camilla repeatedly seeks Charles’s attention, but to no avail.
But not giving up, the 78-year-old kept prodding her husband until he finally turned to see what Camilla wanted to show him: a Victoria sponge cake, which is used to celebrate royal events.
In true royal style, Charles and Camilla cut the cake with a sword, causing royal fans to swoon.
In other news, royal author Tom Bower claims Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could offer him a job at the palace to lure him back into the royal family.
But according to him, this scenario is unlikely as the Suits star has no interest in moving back to the UK.
“She doesn’t want Britain. She wants to be a star in California, so I think as long as they’re married, it’s a completely fluid solution,” he said on The Royalist Podcast.
Harry and Markle moved to the US after stepping back from royal duties.
