If your library uses OverDrive, there is a downloadable app on your mobile device. Libby. With this service, you can browse the virtual library and borrow books for free.
Mess is another service affiliated with many local libraries across the US, but its content list features much more than e-books: you can find movies, TV shows, magazines, and music.
