Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are quietly planning another high-profile trip after angering King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton with their trip to Australia.
According to royal expert Rob Shooter, the California-based royal couple have been quietly planning their next high-profile trip — and sources say it’s starting to sound very familiar.
He said the visit would neither be an official royal visit, nor a sanctioned one, but would be in “unmistakably royal style”.
“They’re not calling it a royal tour – but it’s being designed that’s exactly how it is,” the insider told the expert.
He further said that with Africa topping the list, initial talks were focused on a multi-stop trip blending charity work, media moments and revenue opportunities.
“Africa is the focus – and the scope is big. Think Commonwealth-level visibility without the royal seal of approval.”
Revealing the palace’s reaction to his upcoming visit, the expert said that the overlap behind the palace walls is not going unnoticed.
“It walks like a royal tour, talks like a royal tour – and that’s the point.”
The source added for Harry, the destination is extremely personal. He has long called Africa his “second home”, having first visited there at the age of 13 following the death of his mother, Princess Diana.
“Africa is where Harry is going to reset – emotionally, publicly and now economically.”
Over the years, her close confidante Prince Harry has returned there repeatedly, building strong ties through conservation and humanitarian work.
The latest claims come amid reports that King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton are angry at Meghan and Harry after their recent trip to Australia.
